To start a live chat or call, you have to go to your profile page. 


Here you have to go to More Settings. In this you have to click on the button with Need Help.

On clicking here, you will be asked whether you want to open this page in Google Chrome or in KDB Deals application. In this you have to select Google Chrome. This page will look something like this when it opens. Scrolling down in this, you will be able to see the call and chat option.

You can chat live with us by clicking on the start chatting button, and by clicking on the call now button, you can talk to our customer agent on call. Note that this live chat and call facility is available daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Apart from this, you can also connect by emailing us.
