How to use KDB Deals Wallet ?

Hello friends. In this video we will know about KDB Deals Wallet. Before we begin, you need to download the KDB Deals application from the Google Play Store. After downloading the application, go to the profile page and create a new account or login by clicking on the login button. After this, on the profile page you can see the My Wallet button.

So first of all we know that after all, what is this My Wallet?

What is this My Wallet?

Wallet means Batwa. It is a digital wallet, which is used for online transactions. The customer can store his money in a digital wallet and use it while purchasing products from KDB Deals. To understand this better, we will click on the My Wallet button.

Here you can see that ₹500 is currently available in my wallet. Below this there are three options. Let us understand about each one in detail. 

1. Topup

We use it to load money in our wallet. To load money, click on the Top Up button. Enter the amount you want to load in the wallet, and click on the Top Up button.

Now click on the checkout button. After saving your address here, click on the Continue to Pay button. Here you have to select Razorpay, that is, online payment method only. Any other method, if you select it, will make the payment invalid. After selecting Razorpay, click on Place My Order. Pay with your preferred payment mode and load money into your wallet.

2. Transfer button 

With its help, you can transfer your wallet money to another user. Here first write the email id of the user. After writing the email id, confirm the user name. After this enter the amount below and if you want to insert any note then write it here. Now click on the Next button and click on Transfer. In this way, you can easily transfer your wallet balance to another user.


3. History

 Here you can see all the transaction history associated with the wallet. Now we know how to order from Wallet. Whatever product you want to order, add it to your card. Next, click on the Check Out button, enter your address and click on the Continue to Payment button. Here you can book this order by selecting wallet payment method.

If you are placing an order for which the total amount of the order is more than your wallet amount, then you have to pay the remaining amount through Razor Pay. Choosing any other method may result in cancellation of the order. This way you can book your order using the wallet money. You can also easily transfer the wallet money to your bank account.

तो सबसे पहले हम जानते हैं कि आखिर, यह माय वॉलेट क्या होता है। वॉलेट यानी कि, बटवा। यह एक डिजिटल वॉलेट है, जिसका इस्तेमाल ऑनलाइन ट्रांजैक्शन के लिए किया जाता है। ग्राहक अपना पैसा, डिजिटल वॉलेट में स्टोर कर सकता है और केडीबी डील्स से प्रोडक्ट खरीदते समय, उसका इस्तेमाल कर सकता है। इसको और अच्छे से समझने के लिए, हम क्लिक करेंगे, माय वॉलेट के बटन पर।


यहाँ आप देख सकते हैं कि, मेरे वॉलेट में अभी ₹500 उपलब्ध है। इसी के नीचे तीन ऑप्शन हैं। आइए हर एक के बारे में विस्तार में समझते हैं। सबसे पहले है: टॉपअप। इसका इस्तेमाल हम अपने वॉलेट में पैसे को लोड करने के लिए करते है। पैसा लोड करने के लिए, टॉप अप बटन पर क्लिक करें। जितनी भी राशि आप वॉलेट में लोड करना चाहते हैं वह अमाउंट दर्ज करें, और टॉप अप बटन पर क्लिक करे।


अब चेकआउट बटन पर क्लिक करे। अपना एड्रेस यहां पर सेव करने के बाद कंटिन्यू टू पेमेंट बटन पर क्लिक करें। यहां पर आपको रेजरपे, यानी कि ऑनलाइन पेमेंट मेथड को ही सेलेक्ट करना है। कोई भी अन्य मेथड, यदि आप सेलेक्ट करते है, तो यह पेमेंट अमान्य हो जाएगी। रेजरपे सिलेक्ट करने के बाद प्लेस माय आर्डर पर क्लिक करें। अपने पसंदीदा पेमेंट मोड से पेमेंट करें और अपने वॉलेट में पैसा लोड करे। 


अगला है: ट्रांसफर बटन। इसके मदद से आप किसी दूसरे यूजर को अपना वॉलेट का पैसा ट्रांसफर कर सकते हैं। यहाँ सबसे पहले यूजर का ईमेल आईडी लिखें। ईमेल आईडी लिखने के बाद यूजर नेम कन्फर्म करे। इसके बाद नीचे अमाउंट दर्ज करें और यदि आप कोई नोट डालना चाहते है तो उसे यहाँ लिखे। अब नेक्स्ट बटन पर क्लिक करें और ट्रांसफर पर क्लिक करे।  ऐसे आप आसानी से दुसरे यूजर को अपना वॉलेट बैलेंस ट्रांसफर कर सकते है। 


अगला है: हिस्ट्री। यहाँ आप, वॉलेट से जुडी, सभी ट्रांजैक्शन हिस्ट्री को देख सकते है। अब हम जानते हैं कि, वॉलेट से कैसे ऑर्डर करते है। आपको जो भी प्रोडक्ट आर्डर करना है, उसको अपने कार्ड में जोड़ दीजिए। इसके बाद, चैक आउट बटन पर क्लिक करें, अपना एड्रेस भरे अुर कंटिन्यू टू पेमेंट बटन पर क्लिक करें। यहां पर आप वॉलेट पेमेंट मेथड सेलेक्ट कर के इस आर्डर को बुक कर सकते है।


यदि आप कोई ऐसा ऑर्डर कर रहे हैं, जिस ऑर्डर की कुल राशि, आपके वॉलेट राशि से ज्यादा है, तो बकाया राशि आपको रेजर पे से पेमेंट करना है। कोई अन्य मेथड चुनने पर यह आर्डर कैंसिल हो सकता है। इस तरीके से आप, वॉलेट के पैसे को इस्तेमाल करके, अपना आर्डर बुक कर सकते हैं। वॉलेट के पैसे को आप, अपने बैंक अकाउंट में भी, आसानी से ट्रांसफर कर सकते हैं।
