How to Return or Replace Order on KDB Deals


Hello friends. In this video above we will see how you can exchange or return your order from KDB Deals. So for this first of all you have to download KDB Deals which you can do from Google Play Store. After opening the app login with your email id. Remember to login with the email address you provided while ordering.

After login, go to the profile page. Click on Order History here. In this, click on whatever order you want to return. Note down the Order ID given above here. Now click on the chat button below. In this, click on Return Order.

Now fill the information asked here. First write your email id, after that write the order id which you had noted down. Now select the reason why you want to return this order. Now choose whether you want to change or return this order.

Suppose you want to change this order, then in the comment box below, you can write what you want in return. Below this you have to upload two photos. The first photo is to be taken of the product which you have received and the second photo is to be taken of the bill which comes on top of the packaging. And then click on the submit button given below.

Keep in mind that the size of the photo should not be more than 5 MB. If you face any problem while filling the form, you can talk on live chat and send photos there or you can also send photos on our email id help at the rate kdbdeals.com.

Your return request will be accepted in the next 24 hours and your product will be returned within 2 to 3 working days. As soon as you return, your money will come to the KDB wallet from where you can place another order or you can also transfer this money to your bank account.

नमस्कार दोस्तों।  इस वीडियो में हम देखेंगे की आप कैसे केडीबी डील्स से अपना आर्डर वापिस या बदलवा सकते है।  तो इसके लिए सबसे पहले आपको डाउनलोड करना होगा केडीबी डील्स का आप जो की आप गूगल प्लेस्टोर से कर सकते है।  एप्प को ओपन करने के बाद अपनी ईमेल आईडी से इसको लॉगिन कीजिये। ध्यान रहे जो ईमेल आपने आर्डर करते समय दिया था उसी से लॉगिन करे। 

लॉगिन करने के बाद जाइये प्रोफाइल पेज पर।  यहाँ आर्डर हिस्ट्री पर क्लिक करिये।  इसमें आपको जो भी आर्डर को वापिस करना है उस पर क्लिक करे।  यहाँ ऊपर दी हुई आर्डर आईडी को नोट कर लीजिये।  अब नीचे दिए हुए चैट बटन पर क्लिक करे।  इसमें रिटर्न आर्डर पर क्लिक करे। 

अब यहाँ पूछी हुई जानकारी को भरे।  सबसे पहले अपना ईमेल आईडी लिखे, इसके बाद आपने जो आर्डर आईडी नोट करी थी उसको लिखे।  अब आप इस आर्डर को क्यों वापिस करना चाहता है उसका कारण चुने।  अब आप इस आर्डर को बदलवाना चाहते है या वापिस करना चाहता है ये चुने।  

माने की आप इस आर्डर को बदलवाना चाहते है तो नीचे कमेंट बॉक्स में आप लिख सकते है की आपको इसके बदले में क्या चाहिए।  इसके नीचे आपको दो फोटो अपलोड करनी है।  पहली फोटो प्रोडक्ट की करनी है जो आपको मिला है और दूसरी फोटो बिल की करनी है जो पैकिंग के ऊपर लगा आता है। और इसके बाद नीचे दिए हुए सबमिट बटन पर क्लिक करे। 

ध्यान रखे फोटो का साइज़ 5 ऍम बी से ज्यादा ना हो।  अगर फॉर्म को भरने में कोई भी दिक्कत आये तो आप लाइव चैट पर बात कर के वहां भी फोटो भेज सकते है या हमारी ईमेल आईडी हेल्प एट द रेट केडीबी डील्स डॉट कॉम पर भी फोटो भेज सकते है।

आपका वापसी अनुरोध अगले 24 घंटे में स्वीकार कर लिया जायेगा और इसके 2 से 3 दिन में आपका प्रोडक्ट वापिस हो जायेगा।  वापिस होते ही आपका पैसा केडीबी वॉलेट में आ जायेगा जहा से आप कोई दूसरा आर्डर कर सकते है या इस पैसे को अपने बैंक अकाउंट में भी ट्रांसफर कर सकते है।
